Giving birth is sacred and your birth experience truly matters.
Every birthing person has the right to make their own choices regarding their body and birthing experience.
From the initial meeting, throughout your pregnancy, all the way up to delivery and beyond, I take the time to get to know you, your concerns and your needs on a whole person level.
My goal is to empower birthing people and their families to make informed decisions about their pregnancy, birth, and beyond through evidence based perinatal education.
I believe that EVERYONE should have a doula.
I am in-network with the following insurances: RI Medicaid, Blue Cross Blue Shield of RI, Neighborhood Health Plan of RI, UnitedHealthCare of RI, and Tufts of RI.
I offer sliding scale fee according to income.

SACRED SEED
Experience comprehensive support throughout your prenatal, birthing, and postpartum periods with our Sacred Seed Package. You'll receive personalized care, including two prenatal visits, on-call support during the birthing period, and two postpartum home visits with phone support.
I'll also provide Ayurvedic recommendations for nutrition and self-care, as well as a postpartum meal delivery to nourish and support your recovery. Trust me to honor your journey and help you bring your baby into the world with grace and ease.
SACRED SPROUT
This package is designed to help you tap into the full spectrum of your power and potential as a birther and parent.
Trust me to support you every step of the way, and to help you feel confident, empowered, and deeply connected to your baby, your body, and your intuition.
SACRED BLOOM
Experience the Postpartum Sacred Bloom Package. This package focuses on nourishing you during the most important trimester - the first forty days after giving birth. You'll receive in-depth postpartum support. Trust me to honor your unique needs and desires as I support you during this sacred time that will be honored with rest, recovery, and rejuvenation.
